Want to submit a film? Great! We are now accepting film submissions for our 2025 Collection
(2024 submissions closed 1/11/2023).
Any film made during and after 2020 is eligible.
There are no fees to submit your film. We have a desire to see others succeed and are non-competitive; with all participating films in the Big Bike Film Night 2024 collection receiving a merit of financial reward.
Celebrating our 11th year, the Big Bike Film Night provides an opportunity for filmmakers to showcase their work, receive merit, help build international exposure, and contribute towards a stronger and vibrant bike culture.
The films may be about road cycling, mountain biking, BMX, adventure-based, documentaries, humorous, or something entirely different; we are open-minded about the content but it must show bicycles in some form, this is the unifying factor.
We want to bring to our attendees films that move us, make us think, and most importantly of all films that inspire us to get out and ride.
If you have a film that meets this criteria we invite you to submit your film for pre-selection consideration.

INDEMNITY
The entrant agrees to indemnity The Big Bike Film Night, their respective successors, licensees, and their respective officers, Directors, members, agents and employees and hold them harmless from and against any and all claims, liability, losses, damages, costs, expenses (including reasonable legal fees), and penalties arising out of, resulting from, based upon or incurred because of a breach by the entrant of any statement, representation or warranty made by the entrant in the entry form, these procedures and regulations.
I agree that I have secured all necessary rights for both picture and sound, and exhibition will not violate or infringe upon any rights included but not limited to music, images, and content. I further grant the BBFN the right to use clips from the film at The Big Bike Film Night, or online for promotional or archival use.
